Engaged by a local aviation company to prepare a business proposal for the set up and operate a charter air services during the Hadj season.

Engaged by local consulting firm as partner for change management initiative. The transformation involves not only at organisational level but the industry as a whole. Due to signed NDA, the industry and main client's identification shall not be made public. Suffice to say that such endeavour is a mammoth undertaking.

Take over proposal

Engaged as principal consultant in developing a proposal for take-over via shares purchase of a major Catering company based in Sarawak, Malaysia. The proposal is aimed towards addressing the challenges brought about by the changing business environment and market forces.

Acquisition and Re-branding

Engaged by a local firm in the take over of a French based subsidiary operating locally within Klang Valley, Malaysia. The terms of engagement includes, business plan development and re-branding.

Project Management Consulting

Provided Project Management consulting work for a local architect firm in developing the PQP and Implementation plan. The most challenging I must say.

Being architects, some felt that the role of project manager is a birth right, yet oblivious to the real crux of project management. To some, project management is as what being taught in one of the modules in one of the semester during their degree program. Not trying to comprehend the body of knowledge within such discipline, starts debating on the terminology such as "plan" and confusing themselves with project plan against the plan as in the technical drawings.

My message is simple, that is why there exist Quantity Surveyors (QS), Engineers and Contractors or Constructors, each with its own unique expertise to be integrated within the framework of project management, which they claimed to know but in actual fact, they don't!

Subsidiary Acqusition

Provided Business Management consulting work for an acquisition project of a Main Board Company's subsidiary. The project entails the comprehensive review of the whole business performance and providing insight on the due diligence.

BSC Implementation

Working in partnership with a US Based consulting group, provided the overall project management consultancy for the implementation of Balanced Scorecard [BSC] approach in managing organisational performance. Inclusive of overall policies, procedures and processes reviews and migration plan onto the BSC framework.

Risk Management Implementation Part 2

Working in partnership with a US Based consulting group, provided an overall program management consultancy for Risk Management Implementation in a local group of companies, inclusive of development, implementation and post program reviews.

Business Planning Consulting

Working in partnership with an Australian Based consulting group, provided an overall program management consultancy for the revised model of Business Plan, implementation and roll out in a local Main Board company, inclusive of Business Plan development, implementation and up to post second quarter reviews.

Risk Management Implementation

Working in partnership with a local consulting group, provided an overall program management consultancy for Risk Management Implementation in a local group of companies, inclusive of development, implementation and post program reviews.
